Who We Are.

Christine is a highly respected Procurement and Supply Chain leader with over 20 years’ experience across the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Recognised for her contribution to the profession, she was awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) in 2019.
Her career began in 1989 on major defence aircraft programmes, where she rapidly built deep procurement expertise. Christine played a central role in the mobilisation of the Typhoon programme, leading a team to prepare key suppliers for full‑rate production. She later headed a global spares and repairs operation, scaling the service to support a fleet of 3,000 jets worldwide.
Christine’s experience spans the full product lifecycle, from early supplier engagement through to operational delivery. She has led the procurement of major capital investments, including aerodrome vehicles and complex test facilities, covering contract construction, sourcing, negotiation, and delivery. Strategically, she has developed innovative category solutions that leveraged commonality across aircraft platforms, achieving cost reductions of up to 20%.
Alongside her industry leadership, Christine is a passionate educator and advocate for the profession. She delivers CIPS training and specialist procurement development programmes, and has taught MSc and MBA students at Lancaster University Management School.
Christine contributes to the wider aerospace community as a Non‑Executive Board Member of the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA), supporting sector capability, innovation, and regional growth.
Today, Christine is also a growth specialist working with SMEs to build strong commercial foundations, scale sustainably, and achieve turnover milestones of £1 million and beyond. Her approach blends strategic clarity with an infectious energy that motivates teams and accelerates progress.
