Vaccine Task Force

Development and negotiation of the 4 party contract framework involving 4 contracts inclusive of a collaboration umbrella agreement. The programme went through from concept to delivery in just less than 12 months. We led the commercial programme pioneering transformational change, leading to the UK and the first in the world Human Challenge Programme for SARS-COV-2.

RNLI

The RNLI has a major supply chain to service the 247 local stations (400 lifeboats) that we find around our coast line. Many components are bespoke and unique to the industry, to service this need the RNLI has to have a quality source of supply to provide its life saving service and we have been working with them to develop a programme of work that strengthens their quality process.

Lancaster University Management School

Working with Lancaster University Management School for over 17 years delivering SME Procurement and negotiation training. We support the Management School at Lancaster on Masters and MSC programmes with mentor and coaching too.
